Ingredients:

8 oz pasta (macaroni or shells work best)

1 cup roasted butternut squash (or canned, mashed)

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)

1–2 tsp Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha (adjust to your heat preference)

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: breadcrumbs or parmesan for topping
Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Mash the butternut squash if using roasted or canned. Add milk and butter/olive oil, stirring until smooth.

Mix in the cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt & pepper.

Add Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha and stir until the sauce is evenly spicy and flavorful.

Combine pasta and sauce in the pot or a baking dish.

Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs or extra parmesan on top and broil for 2–3 minutes for a crunchy finish.
