Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated and drained

1–2 tsp Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha (adjust to your spice preference)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: fresh dill or cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a paper towel.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.

Stir in 1–2 tsp of Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning or spiciness.

Garnish with fresh dill or cilantro if desired.
