Habanero Tzatziki with Salsa Macha

Servings: 2–4 | Prep time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cucumber, grated and drained

  • 1–2 tsp Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha (adjust to your spice preference)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: fresh dill or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a paper towel.

  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.

  3. Stir in 1–2 tsp of Casa De Laurel Salsa Macha until well combined.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning or spiciness.

  5. Garnish with fresh dill or cilantro if desired.

  6. Serve as a dip with pita, veggies, or as a spicy topping for grilled meats.
